The DS340 15 MHz function and arbitrary waveform generator is based on Direct Digital Synthesis and delivers reliable operation in a range from 1 micro;Hz to 15.1 MHz with a 1 micro;Hz resolution. It can generate sine and square waves (up to 15.1 MHz) as well as ramps and triangles (up to 100 kHz). It is equipped with a Gaussian 10 MHz white noise generator and can conduct phase continuous sweeps over a full frequency range, with a rear-panel SWEEP output trigger signal used for synchronization of nearby devices. DS340 also features an optional GPIB or RS-232 connection that allows downloading of 16,300 arbitrary waveforms points to the internal memory.
